History of The Prescott Office

Once upon a time a couple of buddies were hanging out on the beach in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. They decided they had to go to the "office" to get some work done. Soon they were at "The Office" dressed in shorts and flip flops, sipping margaritas and eating nachos in a beach chair. They began wishing there was something like this back home.

It was a dream of these two friends to bring back to Prescott some of the fun, the fresh fruit margaritas, a little of the attitude and a lot of the big bold flavors of Mexico combined with cuisine of the American Southwest. With that in mind, The Prescott Office, with its mantra of "Salsa - Spirits - Sports" was born.

The building was built after the big fire in downtown Prescott in 1901 and became the Hoffman Bar. Throughout the next 102 years it was numerous other stores until it became what it is today.

We bring you great food, big flavors and great margaritas. A little history, a little sports, a little southwest and a whole lot of fun.
